Paolo Sernani is a post-doc research fellow at the Information Engineering Department of Università Politecnica delle Marche, Ancona, Italy. He received the M.Sc. degree in Information and Automation Engineering at Università Politecnica delle Marche in December 2012, discussing a thesis entitled “Analysis and Implementation of a Decision Support System for Police Investigation”. He received the Ph.D. degree in Information Engineering at Università Politecnica delle Marche in March 2016, defending a thesis entitled “Design and virtualization of intelligent systems for the management of assistive environments”.
