Activities:
Laboratory of Artificially Intelligent Robotics (LAIR) is an interdisciplinary laboratory, which hosts researchers in different fields of automation and robotics.
The main research activities are:
• model-based fault detection and isolation techniques applied to robotic manipulators, mobile robots, industrial and home automation systems;
• model-based fault-tolerant control applied to robotic manipulators, mobile robots, industrial and home automation systems;
• data-driven fault diagnosis applied to rotary machines and industrial systems;
• kinematic control of cooperative robotic manipulators subject to faults and/or joint constraints;
• development of assistive robots;
• development of home and building automation solutions with assistive features;
• cyber-physical systems.
