Its current activities are focused on Artificial Intelligence and, specifically, logic-based reasoning, distributed autonomous systems, and the use of Deep Learning for image and signal processing.
The specific purpose of the lab is to understand the extent to which Artificial Intelligence algorithms can work within precise time constraints. i.e. in Real-Time.
As a scientific cenacle, it occasionally or virtually integrates researchers from other universities, departments and institutes..
