Activities:

In this laboratory, we develop new microscopy techniques to achieve nanometric and sub-nanometric resolution, tomography, and quantitative local measurement of mechanical and electromagnetic properties.
By utilizing both standard and innovative techniques (AFM, STM, SMM, PFM, KFM, etc.), we measure, scan, and characterize materials, with special attention to materials and samples oriented towards nanotechnology and biology..
