Michael Fioretti graduated in Physics from the University of Bologna in 2020 and earned a Master’s degree in Composition cum laude from the Conservatorio Statale di Musica “G. Rossini” in Pesaro in 2024. His compositions have been recognized in national and international competitions, and he collaborates with institutions such as the Festival Pergolesi Spontini and Orchestra Olimpia.
Research Areas:
His research focuses on machine learning-based techniques for sound slicing and cataloguing, for expressive and interactive sound synthesis, and automations for precise and consistent keyboard instrument sampling.
