Malvina Halilaj was born in Vlorë, Albania, on April 11, 1996. She received her Bachelor’s degree(cum laude) and Master of Science in Computer Science(cum laude) from the University of Tirana .
She has been an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and has over eight years of experience in the technology industry, specializing in enterprise software solutions, AI-driven applications, and digital transformation strategies.
Since November 2024, Malvina has been pursuing a Ph.D. at the Department of Information Engineering (DII) at Università Politecnica delle Marche, where she collaborates on cutting-edge AI research.
Research Areas:
Her research focuses on Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and Machine Learning. She is dedicated to addressing challenges in crime prediction and violence detection, leveraging AI to enhance safety and security for a better future
