Capsule Bio
Giulia Rafaiani received a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Università Politecnica delle Marche in 2017, with a thesis entitled “Automatic cardiotocographic identification of fetal decelerations”. She received a master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering (110/110 cum laude) from Università Politecnica delle Marche in 2020, with a thesis entitled “Maturity models for the assessment of data protection in software tools for healthcare”. From April 2020 to October 2021 she was a research fellow at the Department of Information Engineering (DII) of Università Politecnica delle Marche, within the “CybeRAMA” (Cyber Risk Assessment Models and Algorithms) project, funded by the Cariverona foundation and coordinated by Professor Marco Baldi.
Since November 2021 she is a PhD Student at the Department of Information Engineering (DII), Università Politecnica delle Marche (Ancona, Italy).
Research Areas:
Her main research interests include privacy and data protection, methods for cyber risk assessment, and security of blockchain systems.
