Capsule Bio
Giulia Bruschi was born in Ancona (AN) in 1997. She received the M.Sc. degree (cum laude) in Biomedical Engineering from Università Politecnica delle Marche (Ancona, Italy) in 2022. Her thesis focused on the interpretability of a supervised deep learning model able to discriminate between the main histotypes of non-small-cells lung cancer: adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma. Since November 2022, she is a PhD Student in Information Engineering at the Department of Information Engineering (DII) at Università Politecnica delle Marche (Ancona, Italy)
Research Areas:
Currently, her research focuses on imaging and development of computer-aided systems in oncology, primarily utilizing AI-based techniques.
