Andrea Gentili, born in Tolentino (MC), received the Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Marche, Italy, in 2016, with the thesis focused on the analysis of parameters of the gait based on sEMG. Until December 2020 he was PhD student at the Department of Information Engineering of the Polytechnic University of Marche.
In 2021 he had a research grant from the Polytechnic University of Marche, with the title “Mapping the seismic risk of strategic constructions”, dedicating himself to the development of prototype wireless sensor nodes for low-cost monitoring systems.
Research Areas:
His research interests are Internet of Things for Industrial Lighting, Bluetooth Mesh Network, Data and Biological Signals Processing, Structural Health Monitoring.
