Capsule Bio
Edoardo Conti was born in Bologna in 1997. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science from the Università degli Studi di Urbino “Carlo Bo” in September 2020. He then completed a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and Automation at the Università Politecnica delle Marche, graduating with 110/110 cum laude. His thesis, titled “A Novel Ordinal Deep Learning Classification Framework for Lung Ultrasound COVID-19 Ranking,” explored advanced deep learning techniques for medical image analysis.
Since November 2024, he has been a PhD student in Information Engineering at the Department of Information Engineering (DII) of the Università Politecnica delle Marche.
Research Areas:
His research focuses on Deep Learning methodologies for medical and industrial applications, with a particular interest in Few-Shot Learning and ordinal classification.
