Capsule Bio
Alessio Baldelli was born on 21st January, 1999 in Ancona (AN). After completing high school, he attended at the Università Politecnica delle Marche both the Bachelor and the Master degree in Electronic Engineering (Bachelor: Industrial Electronics Curriculum – Master: Smart and Secure Communication Networks Curriculum).
He received respectively his Bachelor degree “cum laude” in July 2022 (thesis: “Error correction codes in quantum communications”) and his Master degree “cum laude” in October 2024 (thesis: “Analysis of quantum LDPC codes for error correction”).
In November 2024, he began his doctoral studies at the Information Engineering Department of Università Politecnica delle Marche.

His current research areas include: information theory, code-based cryptographic schemes, and classical and quantum error correcting codes
